SINBRAN® special elements for the customised solution

The special elements are simple and made up of just a few components. This allows the greatest possible flexibility when designing new solutions.

Limited space requires customised solutions. By using screw-in individual candles, almost any geometry can be realised in a filter system. Geometry can be realised in a filter system. Various flange types and lengths are available. A combination of the individual cartridges with SINBRAN® filter modules enables maximum utilisation of the cross-section in a circular filter system.

The single cartridges are offered as standard with an outer diameter of 51 mm. The length is freely selectable between 200 mm and 1,000 mm.

We realise special designs (pipe diameter, flange design) individually in close cooperation with the customer.

1. Low emissions:
The microfine structure of the membrane ensures separation efficiency > 99.9 % (according to IFA test certificate).

2. low pressure losses:
Double the throughput possible with the same load.

3. 100 % ePTFE membrane:
The material with the best non-stick properties.

4. flexible in use:
Various flanges and pipes as well as freely selectable lengths ensure a wide range of applications.
