What makes SINBRAN® special

SINBRAN® stands for durable, high-performance filter elements for industrial dedusting. Our filter modules consist of sintered polyethylene with a laminated ePTFE membrane, combining robust construction with true surface filtration.

Unlike conventional filter media, dust is not embedded within the medium but is captured on the surface. This allows the elements to be cleaned efficiently, keeps the differential pressure stable, and significantly extends filter service life.

The multi-layer ePTFE membrane acts as a fine barrier on the surface of the filter element. Even very fine particles are reliably captured, while the filter remains easy to clean.

SINBRAN® filter elements are made of sintered PE and are therefore mechanically stable, self-supporting, and resistant to deformation. This makes them particularly suitable for demanding industrial applications.

Thanks to their excellent cleanability, robust construction, and the long-lasting effectiveness of their surface filtration, SINBRAN® filter elements achieve very long service lives in many applications. This reduces maintenance requirements, downtime, and spare part costs.

SINBRAN® filters are used where fine, problematic, or valuable dusts must be reliably separated—for example, in battery production, the chemical industry, the food industry, additive manufacturing, or with technical powders.

SINBRAN® manufactures filter elements—not complete filter systems. This makes us a neutral partner for plant manufacturers, OEMs, and system integrators. Our customers can use SINBRAN® products without viewing us as competitors.

SINBRAN® filter elements are developed and manufactured in southern Germany. Short distances, technical expertise, and close coordination with our customers enable solution-oriented, application-specific filter concepts.

Whether a standard module, an XL version with a larger filter area, a high-temperature model, or a custom geometry: SINBRAN® filter elements can be flexibly adapted to systems, processes, and types of dust.
